Getting started as a customer

Planpath connects your business with qualified telecoms providers through a structured, transparent procurement process. This guide walks you through your first end-to-end journey.

1. Create a requirement

A requirement describes your telecoms need: how many devices, what type of contracts, your preferred network, and your timeline.

  1. From your dashboard, select Create requirement.
  2. Complete the form — the AI assistant can pre-fill details if you upload an existing bill.
  3. Submit your requirement. It immediately becomes visible to matched providers.

2. Review proposals

Once providers respond, each proposal appears on your requirement's Proposals tab.

  • Select a proposal to view full pricing, configuration, and provider qualifications.
  • Use the Compare view to evaluate up to four proposals side by side.

3. Accept a deal

When you find a proposal that meets your needs:

  1. Open the proposal and select Accept proposal.
  2. Planpath notifies the provider and marks your requirement as won.
  3. The provider will follow up directly to complete the contract.
