Getting started as a customer
Planpath connects your business with qualified telecoms providers through a structured, transparent procurement process. This guide walks you through your first end-to-end journey.
1. Create a requirement
A requirement describes your telecoms need: how many devices, what type of contracts, your preferred network, and your timeline.
- From your dashboard, select Create requirement.
- Complete the form — the AI assistant can pre-fill details if you upload an existing bill.
- Submit your requirement. It immediately becomes visible to matched providers.
2. Review proposals
Once providers respond, each proposal appears on your requirement's Proposals tab.
- Select a proposal to view full pricing, configuration, and provider qualifications.
- Use the Compare view to evaluate up to four proposals side by side.
3. Accept a deal
When you find a proposal that meets your needs:
- Open the proposal and select Accept proposal.
- Planpath notifies the provider and marks your requirement as won.
- The provider will follow up directly to complete the contract.
