Finalising your requirement

The final review page brings everything together before you publish. While you check your bundles and settings, Planpath runs two background processes — enriching your organisation profile and generating AI insights — so providers receive the most complete picture possible.

What happens in the background

When you arrive on this page, two things start automatically:

  1. Organisation profile enrichment — Planpath looks up publicly available information about your company (industry, size, location) and populates a profile that providers will see alongside your requirement.
  2. AI insights generation — Planpath analyses your bundles and organisation profile to suggest qualifier questions for providers and flag any potential issues with your configuration.

A progress tracker at the top of the page shows how these are progressing. You can review other sections while they run.

Reviewing your bundles

Your bundles are displayed in either a list or board layout — switch between them using the toolbar. Each bundle shows its plan, device, type, and quantity.

If the AI insights process flags a concern about a specific bundle, an alert appears inline. Each alert includes:

  • A concern — what the AI has identified (for example, a missing add-on for enterprise devices)
  • A suggestion — a recommended action, sometimes with a button to add a suggested add-on directly
  • A severity level — info, warning, or critical

You can dismiss alerts you have reviewed, or action them by adding the suggested add-on. Dismissed and actioned alerts are removed from view.

AI insights

Once insights generation completes, the Insights section appears with up to three parts:

Commercial context

A brief AI-generated summary of your requirement from a commercial perspective, based on your bundles and organisation profile.

Qualifier questions

Questions the AI recommends asking providers in their proposals. Each question is marked as either required or optional. You can toggle optional questions on or off — required questions are always included.

Questions are grouped by category (for example, coverage, pricing, service levels) so you can quickly review what providers will be asked.

Suggested add-on changes

If the AI identifies add-ons that might be missing, unnecessary, or better replaced with an alternative, it shows suggestion cards. Each card describes the change (add, remove, or swap) and you can accept or dismiss it. Accepted changes update your requirement automatically.

If insights generation fails, you can still submit — the section shows a message confirming this.

Organisation profile

Your organisation profile gives providers context about your business. If enrichment succeeds, you see a pre-filled profile with fields such as industry sector, company stage, employee band, and UK location. A confidence badge indicates how reliable the data is.

You can edit any field if the enriched data is not quite right. If enrichment fails or times out, a manual form appears so you can enter the details yourself.

Requirement details

A summary card shows your response deadline, priority ranking, account-level add-ons, and free-text notes. Select Edit Details to return to the priorities page and make changes.

Publishing

The Publish Requirement button is disabled until both the organisation profile and insights processes have finished (whether successfully or not) and all required fields are complete. A message below the button tells you what is still pending.

Once you publish:

  • Your requirement is immediately visible to matched providers in the Lead Marketplace
  • Providers can purchase it as a lead and begin submitting proposals
  • You receive a notification each time a new proposal arrives

Tips

  • Review the AI-suggested qualifier questions carefully — they help providers self-select, saving you time comparing proposals that do not meet your needs.
  • If the enriched organisation profile looks wrong, edit it before publishing. Providers use this information when preparing their bids.
  • You can go back to edit priorities or your basket at any time before publishing. Nothing is final until you select Publish Requirement.
  • See Setting your priorities to adjust your deadline or value drivers.
