Setting your priorities

After building your basket, the Priorities page lets you tell providers what matters most. This information helps them tailor their proposals to your needs.

Response deadline

Choose how quickly you need proposals:

  • Urgent (1 week) — you need quotes as soon as possible
  • Standard (2 weeks) — normal turnaround time
  • Researching (4 weeks) — planning ahead, no rush

Providers see your deadline and can prioritise accordingly.

Value drivers

Rank four factors from most to least important:

  1. Price — total cost of ownership
  2. Coverage — network quality and availability
  3. Customer Service — support quality and responsiveness
  4. Flexibility — contract terms and adaptability

Tap a driver to expand it, then select a rank (1–4). If that rank is already assigned to another driver, the two swap automatically — you never need to unset a rank first.

Providers use your ranking to highlight what matters most in their proposals.

Additional notes

Use the free-text notes field to add any extra context. For example:

  • Specific delivery dates or locations
  • Existing contract end dates
  • Special requirements not captured elsewhere

If you used the AI discovery flow, notes from your conversation are pre-populated automatically. You can edit or replace them.


Tips

  • You must set at least a deadline and rank all four value drivers before you can proceed to review.
  • Notes are optional but help providers understand your situation better.
